蓮生活佛盧勝彥，為當代密教最大成就者之一，目前皈依弟子計有四百萬眾之多，遍佈全世界各地，包括歐、美、亞、非、澳等洲二十餘個國家，成立分堂達三百多處，台灣地區分堂亦達六十多處，並持續增加中。許多西藏活佛及顯教大法師也都皈依蓮生活佛門下，修持真佛密法。

　　蓮生活佛早在一九六三年高中時期就開始文藝寫作，作品散見報章雜誌。年輕時是極為活躍的文藝青年，作品以散文、詩歌、評論為主。精研佛法之後，寫作方向則較注重於靈學研究上。

　　盧勝彥文集，是蓮生活佛從凡夫修行至開悟聖人的全部心路歷程。現在已出版之作品達百餘本之多，作品被翻譯成英、日、葡、越、西、印度、印尼、泰語等不同語言，在世界各地出版廣傳，且被美國國會圖書館全套收藏，堪稱當今文字傳法第一人。其著作亦是每個追尋真理者，人生路上不可或缺的指南。

His Holiness, Living Buddha Lian-sheng, Grandmaster Sheng-yen Lu is a prominent religious figure throughout the world. As of 2005, over 5 million people have taken refuge in his True Buddha School. With over 300 chapters worldwide, the True Buddha School is recognized as a major component in Buddhism today. Living Buddha Lian-sheng has written over 170 books in Chinese on varied topics such as Tantric Buddhism, Geomancy, Zen Buddhism, and Taoism. Many of these books are now being translated into English and various other languages. Living Buddha Lian-sheng is also an exceptionally talented artist. His undeniably beautiful paintings bring tranquility, prosperity, love, and happiness to people's lives. Currently, Living Buddha Lian-sheng is on spiritual retreat.
